Beckie Jorgensen was involved in Human Resources for 15 years before she made the jump to professional coaching. She was introduced to StrengthsFinder by a fellow Strengths Coach, Kyle Morgan. Kyle helped Beckie aim her talents, and launch People’s Choice Consulting (www.BeckieJorgensen.com).

As Beckie began learning and understand more about her talents, while also absorbing everything she could about Strengths, there was no doubt that she had found her calling. Beckie talks about how she developed a strengths focused vision board to help her better apply her talents.

Since becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Beckie has worked with executive coaches and trainers Ryan Houmand and Jennifer Loomis from Qwerke.com. Forming a dream team, Beckie joined their practice to help drive organizational performance with processes established to improve every meaningful metric you are chasing.

She was also featured in Women of Distinction magazine!
