Andy Sokolovich is a dynamic and wonderfully insightful Strengths Coach! We sought out Andy to provide Strengths training to our high school senior and college age youth leadership program. Andy does a great job of engaging the students with personal examples and finding ways to connect with his audience, regardless of age or life interests.

Andy’s knowledge and depth of understanding of strengths was evident and his ability to connect with the audience was amazing! He was able to meet our students where they were at, and literally sat down and had a conversation, exactly what we asked for. Our students were engaged and excited! It was clear that he sparked something in the group he was speaking with. Overall the workshop was a great success!

Andy provided our association with an active packed presentation! The session was tailored to help each attendee identify their individual strengths by completing an online assessment to learn their personalized strengths. Not only did this session assist numerous leaders choose the best person for a task, but also to help identify talents in others to garner a well-rounded team. Identifying the best in all of us only helps grow the industry of Tourism in Iowa. . Our role to provide community leaders with an educated session was accomplished– with a splash of savviness and energy.

Andy was asked to be a speaker at our ICCE Fall Conference to talk about StrengthsFinder. He did a great job presenting the strengths concepts and how a Chamber’s staff, board and volunteer committees can use strengths to build their teams / committees or build stronger teams.
