Andrew’s Bio: Aspiring holistic life coach helping individuals and families achieve their goals and build the life of their dreams. Husband, father, follower of Christ, graduate of Evangel University (B.S. Communication Studies), support staff in higher education, life coach, and entrepreneur.

Andrew first experienced StrengthsFinder as part of his freshman studies in college. He had taken other talent finding assessments, but the CSF made the biggest impact. Andrew defined the results as evidence of what drives him.

He is now leveraging the StrengthsFinder assessment to help others reach their goals and fullfill their dreams. One of Andrew’s larger visions of his future shows him running a leadership focused ranch in Michigan offering a unique learning and self discovery experience for teams.
