Stephanie Rogers is a career and wellness coach who focuses on helping people identify their strengths to create more meaningful careers and lives. She strives to be a beacon of light for her clients, helping them navigate the steps and overcome the challenges to create more joy in their lives. She first learned about strengths nine years ago while working in a global knowledge management role for a Fortune 500 company and immediately saw the power of looking at people’s strengths to create diverse and effective teams.
Stephanie holds degrees in international studies and Russian language and lived in Russia. She enjoys traveling to learn more about different cultures and unite people. Stephanie has twenty years of experience in professional development, instructional design, and training.
