Joe Sztapka is a Regional Director at Modern Woodmen of America. Joe’s key roles include training and mentoring Managing Partners in his region, expanding and implementing fraternal activity, and recruiting up and coming talent. Another aspect of his job as the CEO of the Midwest Region also includes continuing to help the Midwest Region grow.

Grace met Joe in April 2015 in Sioux Falls, SD at a networking group called 1 Million Cups. 1 Million Cups brings together entrepreneurs and creatives to share their business model and ask the audience for feedback and ideas. Grace was the speaker that week, and discussed how StrengthsFinder had become an integral part of her consulting practice. Joe and Grace continued the Strengths  conversation, and remain friends now that she moved to Vancouver, WA.

Like many of you, it took Joe some time to realize just how impactful understanding his TOP 5 would become. He know shares the assessment with friends, family, and co-workers. He’s passionate about helping others unlock their true potential.
