His journey also placed him right smack on the doorstep of Gallup’s EP10, Entrepreneurial Strengthsfinder, launch in 2014. Since then, Derrick has been learning everything he can in an effort to facilitate the growth of his own coaching practice, and reveal the often overlooked potential within everyone he meets. You can hear the excitement in his voice as Derrick describes the beauty of engaging a person that owns a unique set of skills and abilities.
