Deborah says: I became a certified Strengths Coach in December 2014 after using the assessment tool with many of my existing clients, to great effect. Following lots of research and reading (Learner), I decided to enroll in the accelerated training. 

Focusing on strengths and helping others to discover their natural talents has taken me into the educational arena, where I support young people to make the best career choices from a young age. My Maximizer and Learner couldn’t be happier, knowing that their strengths stories can unfold from a young age, instead of waiting for struggle and career dissatisfaction to occur.
